张龙新，出生于江苏连云港市。毕业于中央美术学院油画系第十三届硕士课程班、中国艺术研究院美术学研究生。现任中国艺术研究院艺术品鉴定中心副主任。兼任文化部青年联合会副主席、文化部青联美术委员会主任、全国青联第九届委员会委员、中国人民大学培训学院特聘教授。中国美术家协会中国画艺术委员会副秘书长、中国美术家协会会员。
　　93年为中国长城博物馆创作(高2米，长138米)中国画长卷《万里长城图》。
　　98年获“龙脉杯”中国画金奖。
　　99年获“迎澳门回归全国中国画展”铜奖；“鑫光杯中国画大赛”铜奖。
　　02年应联合国教科文组织邀请在巴黎举办《张龙新中国画长城系列作品展》。
　　03年获“第二届中国画展”优秀奖；“第二届金彩奖”银奖。
　　04年参展第十届全国美展。
　　04年赴台湾参加两岸美术家联展。
　　05年参展第二届北京国际双年展青年展。
　　05年赴美国参加联合国60周年庆典活动。
　　05年获柬埔寨王国颁发的国际文化交流金质奖章。
　　06年赴日本参加中日美术家交流访问团。
　　07年被中国传媒委员会评为年度10位影响力人物杰出画家之一。
　　07年赴澳门参加由世界华人协会举办的颁奖典礼，获得“世界杰出华人奖”。
　　08年赴菲律宾担任由文化部委派中国青年美术家访菲代表团团长，并在菲大都会博物馆举办画展。
　　张龙新多年来一直潜心研究创作大幅“殿堂画”，先后为中南海、北戴河、西山多个会议室、中央宣传部、中央统战部、中央党校、团中央、中央电视台、北京航天控制中心等党政机关大厅及机场、车站、大企业会所等完成数十幅大幅“殿堂画”。

        Born in Lianyungang city,Jiangsu Province,Zhang Longin graduated from the 13th Master's Course under oil painting department of the Central Institute of Fine Arts,and a graduate of China Art Academy. He is serving as Deputy Director of Works of Art Appraisal Centre of China Art Academy,and concurrently Vice Chairman of Youth Union of Ministry of Culture,Director of Youth Union Fine Arts Committee of Ministry of Culture,member of the 9th Committee of All-China Youth Federation,Professor at Training College of China People's University,Deputy Secretary General of Chinese Painting Committee of China artists Association,and member of China artists Association.
        He painted long scroll of Great Wall of 10,000Miles (2 m high and 138 m long) for China Great Wall Museum in 1993.
        He won Gold Award of Chinese Painting Longmai Cup in 1998.
        He won Bronze Award of National Chinese Painting Exhibition to Mark Macao's    Handover, and Bronze Award of Xinguang Cup Chinese Painting Competition in 1999.
        He held Zhang Longxin Chinese Painting Great Wall Series Exhibition in Paris upon UNESCO invitation in 2002.
        He won Excellence Award of the 2nd Chinese Painting Exhibition, and Silver Award of the 2nd Golden Color Award in 2003.
        He participated in the 10th National Fine Arts Exhibition in 2004.
        He travelled to Taiwan for Cross Strait Artists Joint Exhibition in 2004.
        He participated in the 2nd Beijing International Biannual Youth Exhibition in 2005.
        He went to USA for activities to mark the 60th Anniversary of the UN in 2005.
        He won International Cultural Exchange Gold Medal conferred by the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2005.
        He went to Japan as a member of China Japan Artists Exchange Visiting Group in 2006.
        He was awarded one of the Top 10 Excellent Painters of the Year in 2007 by China Media Committee.
        He went to Macao for award-giving ceremony held by World Chinese Association, Where he won World Excellent Chinese Award.
        He went to the Philippines at the head of Chinese young artists delegation sent by Ministry of Culture, and gave an exhibition at Metropolitan Museum in the Philippines in 2008.
       Over the years, Zhang Longxin has always endeavored to study and create large size paintings for the halls, and has completed dozens of large size hall paintings for such places of government organizations, airport, train stations, big enterprise clubs as Zhongnanhai, Beidaihe, meeting rooms at the West Mountains, Publicity Ministry, United Front Work Ministry, Central Party School, Youth League Central Committee, CCTV Tower, Beijing Astronautics Control Centre, etc.
